Restaurant - Brasserie: Should you so wish, we can book you a table at the “L’Amiral” Brasserie Restaurant which is 6km away on the banks of the Saône (terrace available in summer) and serves meals à la carte or in the form of a set menu (from €18 per person). Alternatively, you can choose between the fifteen or so various restaurants in the surrounding area, less than 15 minutes from Laperrière sur Saône, 2 of which have a Michelin star. Why not join us for a pre-dinner drink when we will be happy to provide you with useful information depending on your tastes and wishes. We will also provide you with a map of restaurant locations.
In certain circumstances, the La Cure Burgundy Buffet can be arranged for a minimum of 10 people "adult" of the same group reserving 5 rooms "adult" for a minimum of 2 nights.
We will provide a cold “Burgundy” buffet exclusively for a family group or group of friends who book all 5 “adult” rooms. We will also provide a dinner buffet on the 1st evening of your stay.
“Burgundy” buffet selection: Price per person: €35 - Teenagers 13 à 18 ans : €25. Children between 3 and 12 years: €15 -
Aperitif: Crémant de Bourgogne with cassis with Aline’s cheese gougères.
Starters: Aline's Chicken Liver Terrine with pink peppercorns and Country Pâté, Saône valley Ham sprinkled with Parsley and Aline’s Country Pâté.
Meat: Cold “Burgundy Black Chicken” and delicious Roast Charolais Beef from the Fournier estate in the Saône valley.
3 mixed salads including Aline’s Dijon salad with gingerbread and cheese, Burgundy Cheese board and Jura wine, Dessert: Dessert of the day from Aline’s kitchen
Other: Children’s drinks, water, coffee, home-made white or granary bread.
Optional: Birthday cake made by a pastry chef, 1 raspberry cake and 1 black forest: (90 euros supplement)
Wine non included: (for 10 to 12 people : (€150) - "Red" - 1 Hautes Côtes de Beaune + 1 Hautes Côtes de Nuits St Georges + White : 1 Hautes Côtes de nuit + 1 "Aligoté white" ++ (choice of) 1 Vosne Romanée or 1 Gevrey Chambertin.
